Medicare Part D provides the prescription coverage. An easy way to remember the benefits Medicare Part D covers is a D is for "Drug".

• Use the standard coverages provided by the original Medicare (Part A & B)

• Continue to use the standard Medicare coverage and enroll in Medicare Part D drug plan option. 

• Sign up for a private health plan or other Medicare plans.
